There was an existing reticulation system at this home in Trigg when new water bore was drilled. The reticulation system was disconnected from mains water near the water metre. The retic controller was on a back wall of the house and was wired to send a 24V start signal to this bore start box.

The bore start box is located next to the electrical meter box next to the front door.

New submersible water bore Watermans Bay

In May 2015 John rang us for a quote for a submersible water bore at a vacant block he had bought in Watermans Bay.

It is a lovely suburb sandwiched between the beautiful coastal suburbs of North Beach and Marmion and some pretty special sunsets.

One of our team visited site and picked out the ideal location for the bore after viewing the plans for his Watermans Bay home.

Over two years later we are now drilling John his modern submersible water bore. We will be drilling a 30 metre submersible water bore based on the Department of Water data base. This should ensure optimal water quality for the coastal bore.

We were recommended to John by a neighbour and we are specialist in drilling water bores along the coast.

Marmion submersible water bore

​​This week we are drilling a new submersible water bore in Marmion.

The team normally make an early start. This video was taken at 8am and they had already drilled 20 metres of a 29 metre submersible water bore in Marmion.

The water table was reached at 18 metres. This submersible garden bore is for a new house and access restrictions mean we are drilling at the very front edge of the as yet unlaid sloping driveway.

Often people are stunned when we drill a coastal water bore and the salt level of the ground water is less than that of tap water. We have drilled many water bores in the Perth coastal suburb of Trigg. Call 9246 0111.

This 44 metre submersible water bore was drilled in 4 or 5 hours and produced beautiful crystal clear Trigg ground water. It was drilled in the driveway.

We are expert in drilling modern submersible water bores in coastal suburbs that will save you money.

There are total sprinkler bans in winter in Perth. If you have a bore you are able to run the bore for 2 minute per station (zone) a week for maintenance reasons. This is good not only for the bore, but also for the reticulation system solenoid valves. Any maintenance testing must be carried out between 6pm and 9am on your allocated watering day.

As of the first of September, Perth bore owners are allowed to use their bore on their allocated watering days. For this bore it is Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. When you have a modern submersible bore you are able to water three days a week (households with scheme water can only water 2 days a week). The Water Corporation website can help you with your watering days which are based on house numbers.

In September this year there was a total rainfall for Perth of 76mm with 8 days straight of zero rainfall. Please keep an eye on the rainfall and put your reticulation on ‘rain’ if there is some wet weather on the horizon.
