Woodridge Water Bore & Reticulation 

We have drilled many water bores in the Woodridge area and have experience in drilling deep water bores.

In general terms it takes us about a week to complete a Woodridge water bore with drilling, electrical and connection to your reticulation at your Woodridge property.

New submersible water bore Watermans Bay

In May 2015 John rang us for a quote for a submersible water bore at a vacant block he had bought in Watermans Bay.

It is a lovely suburb sandwiched between the beautiful coastal suburbs of North Beach and Marmion and some pretty special sunsets.

One of our team visited site and picked out the ideal location for the bore after viewing the plans for his Watermans Bay home.

Over two years later we are now drilling John his modern submersible water bore. We will be drilling a 30 metre submersible water bore based on the Department of Water data base. This should ensure optimal water quality for the coastal bore.

Today we are quoting on a new submersible water bore in the Badivis area. The Baldivis property is a couple of acres.

We are quoting a 40 metre submersible water bore which is suitable for the Baldivis property. We will install 100 ml slotted bore casing to the bottom 6 metres of this new submersible water bore and we will pack the slotted with drillers gravel to enhance the filtration.

The Baldivis borehole will be equipped with a high quality stainless steel pump and motor.

Submersible bore Aubin Grove

We will be drilling a new submersible water bore for this front yard in Aubin Grove. We visited to check out where we are going locate the water bore (pictured).

We have drilled many water bores in Aubin Grove area and know the groundwater in the area well. The start of water bearing ground is about 5.5 metres below this block.

We will drill this customer an 18 metre modern submersible water bore. The new water bore would be concealed beneath the lawn and covered by a small rectangular green lid.

The bore will be drilled by a modern and powerful rotary mud drilling rig.

Our client works in IT and is going to interface the single phase bore pump start box to be automatically controlled by his fully programmable “open source” reticulation controller that he imported from the USA.

Water bore for Parkwood

We have a client in Parkwood who is getting a modern submersible water bore. They live opposite this beautiful park.

It is 3 metres to groundwater and there is 22.5 metres of water at their Parkwood home. We will drill 16 to 22 metres and use a good quality stainless steel submersible pump and motor.

The new submersible water bore will replace the old style well with a tin lid that he dug and sludge pumped over 30 years ago (pictured below) These shallow old style wells are commonly seen in Parkwood, Ferndale and Lynwood area. We will replace old style well with a new water bore which is not visible from the surface.

We will install 100 ml slotted casing to the bottom 6 metres of the bore. We will pack the slotted casing with drillers gravel to enhance water filtration. We will also air develop. This is particularly important as the area has uncertain ground conditions and potential clays. We have drilled a number of bores in the Parkwood area and surrounds.

Heathridge Water Bore

It took us two days to drill this deep submersible water bore in the Heathridge area.

We drilled this Heathridge submersible water bore to 55 metres. It was slow as we were drilling through limestone. We drilled this Heathridge bore on the top lawn near house.

Then we installed the submersible pump and our retic team will install a full reticulation system in the coming days.

New water bore Baldivis

We have drilled a number of submersible water bores in the new residential parts of Baldivis.

The depth to water in Baldivis is generally 5-10 metres so the completed submersible water bore could be between 18 and 24 metres.

There is a ridge in the area so bores can be as deep as 30 metres.

New Water Bore Nedlands

We have drilled a new submersible water bore in Nedlands to a depth of 22 metres. It is popular in the area to have a water bore to water gardens and lawns. The depth to water in the area is mid range and we would normally use a 1.1 KW submersible pump and motor.

There was no access at the front of this Nedlands property for our bigger water boring rigs so we gained access using a trailer mounted rig. We manoeuvred the rig off a narrow back lane using the trusty old Landcruiser.

Water Bore Rockingham

 

It was a bleak spring day when we went to see a customer in Rockingham area who was looking at installing a modern submersible water bore to save money. He had phoned us on 9246 0111.

We would drill this Rockingham submersible water bore to 18 metres through what is know as Safety Bay sand. The groundwater salinity is 500 – 1000. We have drilled in coastal suburbs for nearly 20 years so know the conditions well.

We have drilled many water bores in the Rockingham and Waikiki areas. It will be drilled and constructed to best industry practices and a good quality Italian stainless steel submersible 1.1 kw motor.

Unlike the old style wells with ugly tin lids the new submersible water bores are silent and virtually invisible on the surface.

Applecross Water Bore

We drilled a modern submersible water bore in this Applecross home. They called us on 9246 0111.

That was in 2015 and we talked through the ideal specifications for their Applecross home. We drilled the water bore to a depth of 27 metres. We used a 1.1 kilowatt single phase submersible pump in this Applecross submersible water bore.
