Virgin Bores has drilled many water bores in the Scarborough area. This picture was taken in the park next to the Doric Street shops. The depth to water at the centre of the park is 20.3 metre and and we would generally drill 12 metres into water. The water bores in the Scarborough area can range from 18 to 60 metres.

Water bores in Two Rocks

We have vast experience in drilling and servicing water bores in the Two Rocks area and surrounds over the last two decades.

We have drilled dozens of bores stretching from Yanchep and Two Rocks across to Seatrees Estate and  Breakwater Estate. Bores in the area range from some shallow ones right near the coast at Yanchep and Two Rocks typically around 18 metres and up to 60 metres further inland near Seatrees Estate and Breakwater Estate.

In the smaller residential blocks in Two Rocks we normally install 1.1kw submersible pumps perfect for normal home gardens. In the 5 acre blocks over at Seatrees and Breakwater we would normally instal a 1.5 or 2.2 kw pump to give closer to 150 litres per minute.

Woodridge Water Bore & Reticulation 

We have drilled many water bores in the Woodridge area and have experience in drilling deep water bores.

In general terms it takes us about a week to complete a Woodridge water bore with drilling, electrical and connection to your reticulation at your Woodridge property.

The depth to water in the area varies. Two of the water bores we have drilled in the area were 55 metres to water and 50 metres to water. Many people are interested in talking to us about a new water bore because they would like to save money.

New submersible water bore Watermans Bay

In May 2015 John rang us for a quote for a submersible water bore at a vacant block he had bought in Watermans Bay.

It is a lovely suburb sandwiched between the beautiful coastal suburbs of North Beach and Marmion and some pretty special sunsets.

One of our team visited site and picked out the ideal location for the bore after viewing the plans for his Watermans Bay home.

Over two years later we are now drilling John his modern submersible water bore. We will be drilling a 30 metre submersible water bore based on the Department of Water data base. This should ensure optimal water quality for the coastal bore.

We were recommended to John by a neighbour and we are specialist in drilling water bores along the coast.

Marmion submersible water bore

​​This week we are drilling a new submersible water bore in Marmion.

The team normally make an early start. This video was taken at 8am and they had already drilled 20 metres of a 29 metre submersible water bore in Marmion.

The water table was reached at 18 metres. This submersible garden bore is for a new house and access restrictions mean we are drilling at the very front edge of the as yet unlaid sloping driveway.

There are several elevated Perth suburbs require a deep submersible water bore.

One of those suburbs is Doubleview. For this Doubleview customer we drilled to 58 metres through mainly limestone and sand. The water bore is connected to existing reticulation and the electrical connections have already been done. In this case we are consolidating the client’s two existing controllers into one. This is because we have far more flow from the bore.  A small rectangular green plastic lid will be place over the hole and it will be covered in grass.

We have installed a 1.5 kw stainless-steel submersible pump which is delivering about 80 litres a minute.

Some other parts of the Perth metropolitan area that require deep submersible water bores are near the water tower in City Beach, the elevated parts of Kardinya and Sinagra near Wanneroo.

Fix Master solenoid valve Wanneroo

Craig is one of our reticulation service team and he had had fun at this job in Wanneroo 9246 01121.

We took some time to locate and fix this master solenoid valve at the Wanneroo home of one of our customers. Fortunately the householder had a plan of their reticulation system, it saves a lot of time and money.

Surprisingly common to also find such a corroded manual gate valve that isolates the retic from the mains water supply which is often just near the water meter.
